What we collect

What you type into searches and checks: ZIP code or city, service, business name and website.

If you buy a report: the Stripe checkout session id, the email you give at checkout, and the business, ZIP and service the report is for. Stripe handles your card details. We never see or store your full card number.

Aggregate page-view counts through Vercel Web Analytics.

To prevent abuse, we keep short-lived counters of requests per hashed IP address.

How we use it

To run your check, build and show your report, answer support emails, and keep the site from being abused.

Who we share it with

Stripe (payments). Vercel (hosting, analytics and file storage). Upstash (Redis database).

OpenAI, Anthropic and Google: the questions we send their AI models include the service, city or ZIP, and business name you enter.

Resend (email), only if and when we start sending report links by email.

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Report records are kept for about 180 days. Live check results are cached for about a day. Abuse counters expire within a day.

Deleting your data

Email kylegarrett@mail.grokbot.com from the address you used, or include your report link, and we will delete your report and related records. Stripe keeps its own payment records as required by law.

Children

The site is meant for businesses and is not directed at children under 13.

We may update this policy. The date below shows the latest version.
